Product Description:

When the workpiece under test passes through a probe with a uniformly distributed magnetic field, a varying magnetic flux is generated in the probe. This varying magnetic field induces a corresponding excitation current in the coil of the probe, which is transmitted to the instrument through wires. After analysis and comparison by the central circuit of the instrument, the quality status of the workpiece under test is intuitively displayed on the screen. Meanwhile, signals indicating that the hardness of the workpiece is qualified, exceeds the upper limit of the hardness range, or is below the lower limit of the hardness range are transmitted to the automatic sorting mechanism, thereby realizing the automatic sorting of the workpiece under test based on hardness.

  4. The main control instrument of the sorting machine is equipped with a dynamic histogram display for the hardness status of bearings. The amplitude of the histogram reflects the hardness of the tested bearing, which is highly intuitive. After calibration, it can display the hardness value of the tested bearing.
  5. The main control instrument of the sorting machine is provided with function keys for setting the upper and lower limits of the hardness range, which is convenient for operators to use. When the hardness of the tested bearing exceeds the upper limit or is lower than the lower limit, the instrument will give corresponding light and sound alarms, and transmit the qualified and unqualified signals to the executive mechanism of the sorting machine for sorting.
  6. On the panel of the electrical control box of the sorting machine, there is a hardness status indicator light for the tested bearing. The green light is on when the bearing hardness is qualified, and the red light is on when the bearing hardness is unqualified (exceeding the upper limit or lower than the lower limit). When the bearing hardness is unqualified, an acousto-optic alarm will be given at the same time.
  7. The sorting machine has the functions of material blockage alarm (storage device, feeding port), frequency converter fault alarm, alarm for the storage device door not being retracted in time, automatic shutdown after fault alarm, and automatic startup after fault elimination. The corresponding faults will be displayed on the screen at the same time.
  8. The main control instrument of the sorting machine can store the upper and lower limit flux values of 10 bearings of different specifications and sizes, which are represented by No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4, ..., No.10 parts respectively for different specifications and sizes of tested bearings, facilitating direct calling by users.
