Descriptions

The HY20 portable digital ultrasonic flaw detector can quickly, conveniently, non-invasively and accurately detect, locate, evaluate and diagnose various internal defects of workpieces such as cracks, weld seams, pores, sand holes, inclusions, folds, etc. It is widely used in fields such as power, petrochemical, steel structures, military industry, aerospace, railway transportation, automobiles, machinery, etc., and is a necessary instrument in the non-destructive testing industry.

1. Automatic performance testing of the instrument and probe, automatic instrument calibration, capable of measuring thickness and material sound velocity.

2. Ten independent flaw detection channels (electronic switching).

3. According to the actual workpiece (such as weld seams, forgings, castings, pipes, plates, axles, wheels, small diameter tubes, etc.), self-defined flaw detection processes can be generated, and on-site flaw detection does not require carrying test blocks.

4. Automatic generation of DAC and AVG curves, sampling points are not restricted, compensation and correction can be performed, the curve automatically fluctuates with gain, and expands automatically with the sound path.

5. Real-time display of defect echoes (horizontal, vertical, distance, dB equivalent values), weld seam section display.

6. Wave entry gate, wave loss gate, DAC sound alarm, gate position, gate width and gate height can be adjusted arbitrarily.

7. Peak memory, envelope function, making it easier to find the highest waveform.

8. 500 flaw detection data can be stored in the instrument.

9. Adopting a new type of low-reflectivity 5.5" EL flat display screen (color TFT display), strong anti-electromagnetic interference, high contrast, high resolution.

1. HY20 has the functions of storing and replaying three types of data: flaw detection process and project files, and damage reports.

2. HY20can store and replay more than 500 data waveform images.

3. HY20 can communicate with a computer via the standard LPT bidirectional communication interface, for the mutual transmission of waveforms, charts and files, and to achieve computer management of flaw detection results.

4. HY20has both AC and DC power supplies. The instrument can work continuously for more than 6 hours on battery power, and it is small in size, light in weight, low in power consumption, compact and portable, suitable for field flaw detection.
