Descriptions
1. The fully Chinese touch keyboard is intuitive and easy to remember. The operation process is fully indicated in Chinese and displayed graphically. With simple training, one can master it proficiently.
2. The instrument and probe performance are automatically measured. The instrument calibration is automated. It can measure thickness and material sound velocity.
3. Ten independent flaw detection channels (electronic switching).
4. According to the actual workpiece (such as weld seams, forgings, castings, pipes, plates, axles, wheels, small diameter tubes, etc.), custom flaw detection processes can be generated. No test blocks need to be carried on-site for flaw detection.
5. DAC, AVG, decibel DAC curves are automatically generated. The sampling points are not restricted. Compensation and correction can be performed. The curves automatically float with gain and expand with sound path.
6. Defect echoes (horizontal, vertical, distance, dB equivalent values) are displayed in real time. Weld seam cross-section display.
7. Detection wave gate, loss wave gate, DAC sound alarm. The gate position, gate width and gate height can be adjusted arbitrarily.
8. Peak memory, envelope function. It is easier to find the highest waveform.
9. 500 flaw detection data can be stored in the instrument.
10. Adopting a new type of low-reflectivity 5.5" EL flat display screen (color TFT display), with strong anti-electromagnetic interference, high contrast and high resolution.
11. Low-voltage sound alarm, automatic shutdown protection.
