The DNT-ED-O semi-automatic cylinder liner inspection system is equipped with the most advanced digital eddy current testing instrument currently available in the field of non-destructive testing. By integrating PLC technology, analog electronic technology, digital electronic technology, and sensor technology, it enables semi-automatic detection of defects such as cracks, sand holes, and porosity in cylinder liners.The operating console of the DNT-ED-O semi-automatic cylinder liner inspection system features a built-in U-shaped groove that perfectly collects oil residue remaining on the workpiece surface, preventing oil contamination from damaging mechanical components and extending equipment service life.
