When workpiece passed probe with equally distributed magnetic field,the inside probe will create a changeable magnetic flux.The changeable magnetic flux will create corresponding excitation current in the probe and transmit to instrument by wire.after circuit analyzing,comparing  and handling,the quality situation of workpiece will be visually showed on the screen,and the qualified signal of hardness of workpiece,the signal that exceed the range of hardness ,the signal that under the range of hardness will be transmitted to automatic sorting institute so as to realize automatic sorting on hardness of workpiece.

1,Used for 100% nondestructive online automatic sorting of hardness of metal ,the qualified hardness workpiece will be transmitted to next working position ,unqualified hardness will be eliminated by stopping gate.

3,The main control instrument equipped with dynamic histogram displaying hardness condition,the amplitude of histogram reflects hardness ,visually.the hardness value can be displayed after marking

4,There is upper limit and lower limit setting functional keys of range of hardness on main control instrument,very easy for user to operate.when the hardness exceeds upper limit or under lower limit,the instrument will react to light and voice alarm and send qualified singal and unqualified signal to performing part 

5,There is display lamp of hardness condition on electric control pannel,the green light means to be qualified ,the red light means to be unqualified. When the hardness is not qualified the alarm will be alarming.

6,The sorting machine has plugging alarm,frequency changer,malfunction alarm and close down,start up automatically after faults eliminated.corresponding faults will be displayed on the displaying screen.

7,The main control instrument can save ten kinds of different magnetic flux of specification dimension and named after number 1,number 2.......represents detected workpiece of different specification dimension
