The Next Generation of Non-Destructive Testing
The GNDT Wire Rope Flaw Detector is the world's most advanced solution for non-destructive wire rope testing. Utilizing cutting-edge magnetic flux leakage and magnetic flux methods, combined with high-speed Ethernet transmission, it delivers accurate and error-free inspections.
Features:
1. Capable of online detection of various defects in internal and external wire breaks, wear, corrosion, deformation, loose strands, wire jumping, material changes, etc. of various crane wire ropes.
2. The product complies with GB/T21837-2008 requirements, can detect local damage (LF) and metal cross-sectional area changes (LMA), and directly read out both results in the report.
3. Utilizes Ethernet technology with RJ45 interface or WiFi for direct sampling, processing and analysis, with online audio-visual alarm and real-time result display functions.
4. The instrument can provide different alarms for defect program limit values and critical values.
5. The instrument can automatically calibrate online with automatic defect assessment and diagnosis functions.
6. The same interface can display single or multiple wire rope detection curves, and can synchronously analyze multiple detection data to generate Word reports.
7. Sensor adopts alloy material guide sleeve with high wear resistance and high sensitivity characteristics, circular structure, circumferential surrounding, axial magnetization, instantly magnetizing the wire rope to saturation.
8. Features waterproof, dustproof, oil-resistant, and moisture-proof functions.
