Detection Host: FET-99S Dual-Channel Eddy Current Detector

Crack Specifications: Longitudinal crack, 6.350 mm (Length) × 0.100 mm (Width) × 0.250 mm (Depth)

Detection Objects: Surface cracks on the inner and outer diameters of hollow shafts; workpiece diameter range: 50–600 mm, length: 500–10,000 mm

Detection Cycle: 33–48 seconds per piece (varying by workpiece type)

System Detection Process:

Feeding by manipulator (provided by the user), with corresponding settings automatically called based on workpiece type.

Workpiece is clamped and rotated for crack detection.
