Detection Objects: Surface cracks and sand holes on the inner and outer walls of piston bushings, including straight-face bushings, arc-face bushings, and bevel-face bushings.

Outer diameter: 17–95 mm
Inner diameter: 15–70 mm
Height: 18–55 mm

System Detection Process

Two detection stations for inner and outer walls, with each station calibrated and detected in three zones: bevel face, straight face, and notch face.
Angle masking can be applied to notches as needed, masking only the notch itself rather than the entire circumference where the notch is located.
Semi-automatic feeding, automatic detection, and automatic sorting.

Detection Speed: 8–13 seconds per piece (varying by whether notch masking is applied)
