System Configuration & Setup
1. Adjustable Probe Mounting: Flat probes are installed on supports with vertical and horizontal adjustment capabilities.
2. Optimized Gap Control: Guide wheels at both ends of the support can be individually adjusted to maintain the ideal gap between the flat probe and copper bars, maximizing sensitivity while keeping the gap as wide as possible.
3. Stable Material Transport: Drive guide wheels support and transport flat copper bars while restricting lateral movement for precise detection.
Applications & Detection Methods
Standard Testing (For Regular Shapes)
- Through-Type Probes: Ideal for offline or online inspection of various metal materials including bars, seamless tubes, welded pipes, and strips with different cross-sections (round, hexagonal, rectangular, and square).
- Detection Capabilities: Surface, near-surface, internal surface, and internal defects.
- Process: Materials pass through the probe's inner hole for straight-line transmission testing.
Specialized Testing (For Large Diameters)
- Saddle-Type Configuration: For high-frequency welded pipe inspection, featuring saddle-type magnetic saturators and probes.
- Defect Detection: Identifies incomplete welding, inclusions, sand holes, air holes, internal burrs, and internal weld nodules.

- Point Probes: For materials with large surface areas or complex shapes (crankshafts, automotive components, turbine blades).
