Applications and Detection Methods
Versatile Metal Testing : Suitable for both offline and online testing of various metal rods, seamless tubes, welded pipes, and strips, including round, hexagonal, rectangular, and square cross-sections.
Probe Technology : Utilizes through-type probes for surface, near-surface, inner surface, and internal defect detection. Materials pass through the probe's inner hole for linear transmission and detection.
High-Frequency Welded Pipes : Employs saddle-type magnetic saturators and probes for online eddy current testing, especially for larger diameters, to assess weld quality, including defects like incomplete penetration, inclusions, blowholes, and internal burrs.
Complex Shapes : For large surface areas or complex shapes (e.g., crankshafts, automotive parts, turbine blades), point probes are used for manual or automated point-by-point scanning.
Advantages
Flexible Equipment : Different detection methods require specific auxiliary equipment, which can be customized to utilize existing production site equipment effectively. For mobile sites, lightweight and simple auxiliary devices are typically used, with manual options available.
