Roller Specification Range for Detection: φ3～φ30mm in diameter, 4～30mm in length.
Detection Host: FET-99S Intelligent Digital Eddy Current Flaw Detector
Detection Probe: Adopts Desson's micro high-sensitivity probe, which can detect cracks as shallow as 0.03mm deep on the roller surface.
Detection Speed: Adjustable (2mm-100mm/second). The system automatically adjusts the driving wheel speed and linear speed based on the input workpiece diameter and required linear velocity.
