The bolts are fed in batches, magnetized by a red magnetizer, and after the application of magnetic suspension fluid, the workpieces are sent to an enclosed space where they are illuminated with fluorescent lights. If there are defects in the parts, there will be a noticeable accumulation of magnetic particles, which can be visually inspected and identified by professional personnel on site."
